1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the FastCore Services Platform (hereinafter, “the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FastCore. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of the Service

FastCore Services Platform is an email management and sending service that allows users to send transactional and marketing emails through our platform. The service includes: email template management; email sending via SMTP or Gmail OAuth; sending logs and tracking; and an API for integration with third-party applications.

3. Use of the Service

3.1. Permitted use. You agree to use the Service only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Service must be used for: sending transactional emails (confirmations, notifications, etc.); marketing communications with recipient consent; and legitimate commercial communications.

3.2. Prohibited use. It is strictly prohibited to use the Service for: sending spam, unsolicited emails, or unauthorized bulk messages; fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities; violation of intellectual property rights; sending malicious content, viruses, or harmful code; identity theft or phishing; and any activity that violates email provider policies (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

4. Gmail OAuth integration

The Service may use Google’s Gmail API via OAuth 2.0 to send emails. By using this functionality: you authorize the Service to access your Gmail account solely to send emails on your behalf; the Service only requests the minimum necessary permissions: gmail.send and userinfo.email; you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings; and the Service does not store, read, or access your existing emails — it only sends them.

5. User accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials; all activities that occur under your account; and immediately reporting any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limits and quotas

The Service may be subject to usage limits, including but not limited to: maximum number of emails per day or month; sending rate limits (rate limiting); and attachment size limits.

These limits may vary depending on your subscription plan and may be modified with prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and all its content, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of FastCore and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior authorization.

8. Privacy

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you accept our Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service continuously available, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may result in temporary interruptions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time from the administration panel.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes related to these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
